We have decided to move all of the Marathon Greenville personnel over to the Powdersville campus. So we have people moving around, and offices being changed. We believe that we can get more done together than apart, and we’ve seen evidence of that already. The energy level has gone up - The creativity has gone up – and Salvations have gone up!
It is great to see how God has brought both campuses together and made us even more into one big happy family. We’re sharing resources, and sharing stories, and we get to hear more and more about what God is up to and what He is doing.
So this has been a really good change for us a church, but you are going to have to really pray for me personally, because my Greenville campus counterpart (Reggie Smith) has moved into the office beside me. Reggie is a big boy (about 6’4”), and he’s a hugger! Trust me, when he hugs you, it can hurt!
