I tell you all of the time that you should try to getaway every now and then, and we try to do it ourselves. Lynn and I try to always have a “date night” or even a couple of days occasionally. So we got away to Gatlinburg and went to all of our favorite places like the Chop House, and the Pancake Pantry.
So we had a one night getaway on Thursday night, and watched the South Carolina football game. We got to take our time over our meals and sit there and talk, and it was just a wonderful thing. We had a lot of fun.
We went to Dollywood on Friday, because that is one of our favorite things to do, and we’ve been there many times. But this time, we actually got to go onto Dolly’s bus! She had just come off tour with this $750,000 bus and it was just UNbelievable! All leather! Chrome! Incredible!!!
